Im not sure but I think this guy

okay so I just started going to this gym by my house and I noticed this guy that was working out. He was doing his thing and I was doing my thing. He was really cute. Then two days later my sis and I went again and she also thinks he's cute. So we're going down the aisle trying to find a spot to work out and he is coming our way! He goes " hey guys" and makes eye contact with me. Now I wear regular work out clothes. I don't wear short-shorts or like a tan-top, I wear sweatpants and a shirt, just wanted to make that clear in case you think that he said cause of what I was wearing. So then later I find out that he works there and I thought he was just being nice, but he never says hi to anyone as of what I know. So like everytime I go there we always make eye contact and he is the only one who actually says hi to us except for the who showed us around. There was this one time where I was on this machine and I was looking down and he was coming down the aisle and I didn't even know that he was coming down that way and he was talking to this guy with him. I look up and he is looking at me. I kinda got nervous. One time last week my sis and I were walking to the machines on the other side and I didn't know that he was coming right behind us and my sis said something and I look by and he has food in his mouth and I look back again and he has this huge smile on his face.and then that same week I ped by him and he was with his client and I looked at him and he grinned and I just gave him a little smile. Two days ago, he was with his client and my sis and pes by him and I pretended to ignore him but I couldn't so I looked at him and he gave me this huge smile! So can you tell me what he is doing. I mean sometimes it looks like he just wants my attention and we make a lot of eye contact for the time being there. Please help me. Give advice and I'm going to the gym today and Im too scared to talk to him. Tips will be helpful too. Like, should I let him know that I like him? Thanks a lot!!!
