In LA,CA how can I get an expungement(misdemeanor)after it was denied 4 prob. revoked then reinstated?

this is rediculous it has been 5 1/2 yrs the court is screwing with me,they admitted the 1st denial was their clerical error,then changed the denial reason to my probation was revoked!?!I need to find a job and this is preventing me from getting any job that requires background check.Help help!!
