Will we hear the last of Westboro Baptist Church when Fred Phelps FINALLY kicks the bucket?

I was just on YouTube, and I saw a video in which he was ranting about how the comedian George Carlin was now in hell, because he was an atheist. Of course, this video isn't even the worst of his offenses! You know, I'm not a religious person, but I really hope that Fred Phelps gets a surprise the day he dies!
