Is my baby gifted? She recognizes numbers at 8 months?

I know it is not measured until they are at least 2.5 years old but my 8 month old recognizes numbers. When I ask her to find the numbers from 1-5, she can find them and give them to me. She also understands the commands.She has been calling her grandma's name since she was 3 months, and can also say my name, her dad's name, and uncle's name as well. She loves books so much that she will cry when I take them away from her. My father is gifted, so is my uncle. I was just wondering if anyone has a gifted child who had similar characteristics as my baby. If so, I am open to your suggestions. Thank you very much!
