Any high speed cameras under $3,000 out there?

I'm looking for a used (or new) high speed camera to own with a minimum of 1000fps, and I have a budget of $1,000 to $3,000. Casio just doesn't cut it and Phantom costs an arm and a leg new. Does anyone know of a company or seller that has what I'm looking for?
