Why did you suspend my gstilwel@prodigy.net account with no warning or valid way to reinstate?

My account was suspended - probably because I had to get a new credit card and invalidate my old one. A bogus tele number ran me in loops for hours trying to set it right. Now I'm losing emails every day. How can I get my Prodigy account back OR get all those emails forwarded to my new Yahoo.com account?
