Anyone know any free mmorpgs?

so ye im looking for a new free mmorpg, I currently play wow & gw, but I really would like a new one something were I can just chill out and make a house or something and level a bit etc, but mainly id like it to be were you own a house and stuff but can adventure too, anyone got any ideas?
