Is it a sin to ping a girl's over-the-shoulder-boulder-hold… strap?

Some would say that as you get older and more mature maybe doing what you did in HS should be just that, a phase in your life better left in the past. Unfortunately the fact that you actually call a bra that tells me that you have not matured yet so the advice would just fall on deaf ears.
