Will i have to do my entire 5 year suspended sentence?

i was arrested recently on a felony charge of posession of narcotics after 2 out of 3 years of being completely compliant on probation. the drugs werent mine, but someone elses in the car, which was mine. when the violation of probation warrant comes out, i doubt thats going to matter, i have a five year suspended sentence, will i have to go back and do the entire five years now? is it a guarantee? how could i get into a drug program to beat jail if im urinating clean? (i dont do drugs) im just lost and need a little help
