Should i give up and move on?

so i have been seeing someone for a year casually nothing serious. i told her i kept talking to her because something might happen between us. and she said something still could. we havent gone anywhere past kissing because i told her that im not going any further than that with anyone im not in a relationship with. she is the same way. we are both in our early 20s. i told her i care about her so deeply and we got into a huge fight one day and i was really depressed and i couldnt eat for two days. she was like awww, i didnt know you cared so much i feel so happy. and she tells me im sweet and everything. i just dont know what to make of our situation. i'm looking for an outsiders point of view
