Her mother has has a high postition with the company, why won't they address her daughter?
I work in a catholic hospital and we have a lady who is on administration side (while I am on the nursing staff) who comes into contact with the patients often. This co-worker who is is female, but looks male (has stated she prefers to be male)alters her uniform to fit her personality by wearing chains, spike bracelets, baggy pants and black oversized boots with her uniform and sports a black mohawk. Patients (especailly female) are not sure how to take her because most can't figure out if she is male or female. Some pts are critical when they walk in the ER and we just go at them stripping them and then in comes "Jen" standing wating on her turn to speak with the pt. Am I wrong to ask "Jen" to leave since she prefers female partners, and many feel uncomfortable by her presences. The company also has gotten strict on the dress codes b/c of pts complaing about her, however they have not addressed her face to face, they just send out e-mails company wide.
