Cant find mister crowley in fall out 3?

ok i finished the quest but i als did the quest a whole lot be fore and this hasnt happen till now, i get mister crowley the keys and followed him out side so i could kill him but when i went out he was stuck in the wall in underworld and i just thought hed go get it later so i left adn it actually benn more that a year in the game cause it was 77 and now it mid 78 but i thought he would have came back now but he hasnt so i dont know what to do but if you can help me where he like a picture or any thoughts would be helpfulmight be

i only know number 2 haha. Federal law is superior because if state law was superior, the constitution would be just as ineffective as the articles of confederation. They made the federal government so weak it had no source of revenue, states were pursuing independent foreign policies (in the form of trade), every state had their own currency and some were actively working against eachother.

What's wrong with him and how can it stop?

My husband is 32yrs old, but i'm starting to think that he's mentally challenged. For the last couple of years he has acted so childish, bad mannered and rude. He will blow his nose by squeezing one side of his nose while expelling mucus out the other nostril and he does this in public as well. He'll clean his nose with his shirt at times, he'll raise his shirt midway and scratch his belly which by the way is not flat. He'll burp and even p gas and all of this in public too. I used to think it was because he was raised in a very poverty stricken part of mexico, but his mother and sisters do not act like this. I'm embarred to go out in public with him. I so desperately want him to stop, but he won't. Please help i am seriously starting to hate him and have even thought about leaving.

My account was suspended - probably because I had to get a new credit card and invalidate my old one. A bogus tele number ran me in loops for hours trying to set it right. Now I'm losing emails every day. How can I get my Prodigy account back OR get all those emails forwarded to my new Yahoo.com account?
